Smoked Atlantic Salmon Caesar Salad

  • 80gms Romaine hearts cleaned and washed
  • 1/2oz Caesar dressing
  • 2oz Sliced smoked salmon (2 slices)
  • 6pc Bread croutons
  • 1tsp Chives finely cut
  • 1/2tsp Capers



  1. Cut the Romaine into long spears
  2. Toss the salad in a bowl with the dressing
  3. Stack the leaves on a plate as high as possible
  4. Lay out the smoked salmon slices over the center top of the salad
  5. Sprinkle the croutons, chives and the capers evenly over the salad
